Currently retired, I have had a very successful career of over 29 years with The Boeing Company, Commercial Airplane Division, as a manager, senior manager and Company sales executive in the “Contracts” and “Sales” departments. During my Boeing career I acquired extensive experience and expertise in international business transactions, working on behalf of Boeing with commercial airline customers and other companies in the United States, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. |

Prior to joining The Boeing Company, I served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel (City Attorney), as a prosecutor for the City of Seattle, and during law school as a Hearing Examiner for the State of Ohio Welfare Department.
I received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1972, and a Jurist Doctor (JD) Degree from Ohio State University in 1975. I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and am currently an inactive member of the Loren Miller Bar Association.
Upon graduating from high school, I served in the United States Air Force (1964 – 1968). My tours of duty included the Texas-Mexican border region, the Philippines, and the Michigan Upper Peninsula.
During my many years of domestic and extensive international travel, I have had the opportunity and privilege to experience and interact on a personal, as well as a business, level with people from many different national and cultural backgrounds. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to see and occasionally acquire pieces of art and artifacts from a number of the places to which I traveled. My modest collection also includes art from several Seattle based artists.
