Stefani Thornton

Stefani Thornton has worked as a curatorial assistant to the Curator of the Polaroid Collection located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She assisted the curator with portfolio reviews of emerging and established artists, with management of the domestic photographic collection, and the preparation and execution of exhibitions within the Polaroid Company. She coordinated the loan of valuable artworks to prominent art institutions.

She has also worked for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Artists Gallery as a gallery assistant. While at SFMOMA she worked with artists and collectors, and on special assignment coordinated exhibition press previews for the museum. She has also volunteered for a children's arts program.

Stefani has participated in group shows as a photographer and has traveled extensively cultivating her deep appreciation for the arts. She currently resides in Seattle and studies painting in her spare time.
